Phase 1

Week 2: Pressure Test · Review whether the current technology picture is complete, credible, and decision-worthy. Identify what is undocumented, fragile, or misaligned with business reality.
Week 3: Risk and Recovery Read · Map immediate concerns and resilience gaps that deserve leadership attention. Assess continuity posture, security hygiene, and vendor exposure.
Week 4: Executive Readout · Deliver a plain-language executive readout, populated Vendor Accountability Tracker, and a 90-day prioritized action roadmap.

Phase 2

Stabilization

Days 31 to 60. Execute the top three to five critical actions identified in Phase 1. This is where we close the gaps that keep leadership up at night: the vendor nobody is managing, the backup nobody has tested, the access controls that don't exist, the policy gap that would fail an audit. This phase is active stabilization, not additional advising. We execute, validate, and document.

Phase 3

Operating Rhythm

Days 61 to 90. Monthly advisory cadence is live. Vendor oversight is active. Board-Ready Technology Brief is delivered: the first quarterly report written, template handed off for ongoing use. By Day 90, you have a functioning technology governance layer that didn't exist 90 days ago.
